About Us
FERVE is a multidisciplinary studio based in London, working across floral design, set styling, curation, and art direction. Its work merges design thinking with expressive creativity to produce installations and environments that elevate events, retail spaces, and visual campaigns.

The Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded creative to help drive the studio’s next stage of growth.
Your focus will be to find, connect with, and win new clients — helping us secure regular, high-quality work while maintaining our creative standards.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients in relevant sectors (hospitality, retail, fashion, PR, event agencies, etc.)
Build and manage a simple outreach pipeline — following up and maintaining relationships
Support in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations
Represent the studio with professionalism and creative flair
Collaborate with the founder to shape new service offers and growth strategies
Keep Ferve’s digital presence alive – contributing ideas for social media, and staying attuned to internet culture and design trends.
This is a part-time freelance collaboration, ideal for someone who thrives on business development and client relationships, but enjoys working in a creative, design-driven environment.
About YOU
You’ll be a great fit if you:
Have experience in sales, marketing, comms, or business development — ideally in the creative industries (design, events, PR, floristry, fashion, etc.)
Are confident reaching out to potential clients and turning leads into partnerships
Understand how to position and present creative services
Are proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have an appreciation for design, florals, and visual storytelling
Understand and enjoy social media
Experience in building B2B relationships or working with PR/marketing teams is a strong plus.

Flexible, part-time role (approx. 10 hours per week to start)
Base + commission pay structure, with potential to grow into a more permanent role (it's the goal!)
